Duty calls and I won’t be available to continue posting on this blogsite. It has been a pleasure. 100 days into this administration seems like a good time and place to focus on more important issues.

Orly claims that:
After I delivered Quo Warranto to Chief Justice Roberts and filed quo Warranto a week later, I received a response, that they will not review quo warranto, but will review a different form of a pleading writ of Mandamus or writ of Certiorari.
What really happened is that the Court refused to accept a Quo Waranto and that instead she had to file a writ of Mandamus or Certiori. There was no promise that they would even review such writ as they may simply refuse it or reject Cert.
My predictions? The Supreme Court will, once again, refuse to hear the case.

A posting on repubx.com alerted me to the following revelation that many of the pictures of Obama and even of his birth certificate contained the string “DUCKY”. Rather than doing a simple Google search, DefendUSX decided, in true Nobama fashion, to conclude some ‘conspiracy namely that “”Ducky” ties the images to the same single source. ” He is right for the wrong reasons. Ducky is the name of the Adobe tool used to create the file. There is even an Easter Egg
Thanks to Rhonda Parsons who has a BA in graphics and her finding some images across the Internet from Obama’s high school days in Hawaii.
I was looking for evidence of image forgery, and to my surprise saw the name ‘Ducky’ appeared in each image reviewed. I remember seeing ‘Ducky’ on Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth image from his Fight the Smears website way back in August.
This proves that ‘Ducky’ has forged or changed every one of these images, in one form or another, as an effort to present something likely false by using a Professional image editing software (Photoshop) to make changes.
Reality is that the headers of JPEG files created by Adobe Photoshop contain three tags, JFIF, Adobe and Ducky meaning that the file was created by an Adobe program called Ducky
A few weeks ago we mentioned that the headers of JPEG images created by Adobe’s Photoshop image editor contain three tags – JFIF, Adobe and Ducky – indicating the file is in JPEG File Interchange Format and produced by an Adobe program called Ducky.
We asked if anyone knew why Ducky should be the program’s ID. Reader Bill Verzal suggested we go to a certain page on Adobe’s Web site for some details.

Comment: Orly has lost another one. This one involved a complaint filed with the Beaumont (TX) police department, accusing Obama of having violated the law. The police officer in question seems to object to Obama and refuses to recognize President Obama, although he admits that he has found any proof of wrongdoing.
Dischler said he was a veteran of 27 years of police work, the last nine on the Beaumont PD. He also insisted he still does not recognize Barack Obama as the legal president of the United States, but admitted he has found no proof of wrongdoing.
And confirming that which most of us have long since suspected,
“I went online and I looked and looked and looked and couldn’t find what I was looking for,” he said, describing the early phase of his investigation. Dischler said he realized the supporting information he did uncover was inadmissible in any court where the Beaumont officer could file a case. He said he heeded the advice of his superiors and decided to call it quits.

“It’s like any other criminal case. There’s just sometimes you investigate something to the end and there’s nothing more you can do,” he said. “I can’t make up law to suit her; I can’t make up policy to suit her. Had another situation taken place, it would have been a horse of a different color.”
Orly’s response to the set back? To harass some more Texans.

Comment: For someone who claims to be truthful and factual, I have found that Orly’s claims are often full of sloppily researched ‘facts’, unsupported claims etc. The following is not much different. Just enough ‘facts’ to stir up a controversy where, on closer scrutiny, none seems to exist.
- Note that she provides no further evidence to support that Maya has a Hawaiian birth certificate.
- Note that HRS 338 does allow for the registration of foreign born children but the provision was not put in place until 1982 and the city of birth would not indicate Honolulu.
[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]
Note the [L 1982, c 182, §1] which indicates that this was enacted in 1982. Note also that President Obama’s COLB indicates his place of birth to be Honolulu. Unless there is a Honolulu Kenya, this should settle the issue…

Comment: Taitz is right, Soetoro did receive Financial aid from the State of CA, of course the name is Moestabjab. Dr Conspiracy already addressed this one
Now some consider Obama quite a genius but for him to have attended High School at age 2 seems rather pushing credibility. Of course, Orly seems to have quickly accepted this as fact and without any further investigations, she is now asking to forward this information to the DAs, FBI, DOJ etc. I have no idea why she wants to look even more foolish here or why she wants her audience to look foolish.

When you enter the name Soetoro Moestabjab of Indonesia, you can see his name pop up among the names of the foreign exchange students, who received financial aid from the state of CA. I ask all patriots to forward this info to all of DAs, Att Gen-s, US att-s, Dep of Justice and FBI and demand immediate and expedite investigation. Please send it together with the dossiers 1-6

However, the unaltered image below shows that not only is the student not named “Barry” and there was no financial aid involved, it also shows that the student was in high school, not college and legislative report was from 1963! when Barack Obama was just 2 years old. Amazing that Obama went to high school when he was just two years old under the name “Soetoro” years before his mother married Lolo Soetoro.

Question:to: Dr. Orly Taitz from captamericaIs there any evidence that Obama has broken any laws that he can be arrested for while he was a presidential candidate or as President. And if so & if the justice dept refuses to take action, Who else would have the resources & authority to arrests a sitting president. Is there a judge willing to listen to your evidence that has the authority to issue a warrant for his arrests & is there a Governor willing to activate his national guard to go to Washington & execute that arrests?This question came from CaptAmerica

Comment: Self described “expert” Ron Polarik (not a real name) claims, contrary to the known facts, that no paper COLB for Obama exists. Denial, not a river in Egypt
As an authority on Obama’s bogus birth certificate, I can assure you that forging a long form will not change the fact that Obama, his campaign, and Factcheck.org, committed multiple counts of felony document fraud at the state and federal levels. They fabricated an image to make it look it had been scanned from Obama’s Certification of Live Birth (COLB) — a nonexistent document.That’s right, There is not now nor has there ever been, a genuine, authentic, certified paper COLB for Obama. No one has ever seen it, scanned it, or photographed it. This bogus COLB image was cobbled together from parts of other COLB images and flattened into one complete image.
Even if they did make a “perfect forged lone form,” they would still have to get it through securty lockdown at the DOH, manage to slip upstairs and then downstaris to where the BC vault is kept. Next, how would the “commandos” open the safe, look for the sealed BC’s, find the right envelope to open, and take out the real one and put the forged one in its place. NEXT you’ver got to reseal the envelope just like it was before.
But, you’re not done. You’ve got to change Obama birth data record. You’ve got to uncrack the BLOWFISH or RIJNDAEL encryption og their file system and start changes dates on logs, status reports, and print jobs.
Yet, the easiest solution is, and has always been, going after the folks at Factcheck and the Obama Campaign for being coconspirators in this massive document frauf scheme.
And just when you think you have heard to most incredible assertions, the following happens
Comment: How can Robert Bauer provide Taitz with access to something which does not exist, such as the Indonesian passports, the Kenyan passports? And why is it relevant to look at anything beyond the COLB, after all, Obama does not have access to the original long form certificate which is locked up in a vault in Hawaii? Weird stuff… Has Orly ever asked to see the COLB? Or is she not interested in a document which proves that President Obama was born in Hawaii… Why she is more interested in imaginary documents is something I will likely never fully understand
I got a phone call, expressing doubts about my black Belt in Taekwondo. I am sure it came from one of Obama’s supporters. Here is is, and any of Obama’s “Good Fellas” and his attorney Robert Bauer are welcome to come to my office and examine the original.
If Obama is not a pathological liar, if Robert Bauer has a drop of honesty and integrity as an attorney, they should give me a date, when I can come with my Forensic Document experts to Obama’s office or Robert Bauer’s office and examine the originals of his documents, such as his Indonesian passports, his Kenyan passports, his original, long form birth certificate from Hawaii, his immigration records and enrollment and financial aid records from Occidental college, Columbia university and Harvard University.
