We now have a new government above our government, above our people, one above any law. Five judges have created institutionalized gangsterism as the new form of government for the United States. “
“Now, 5 members of the Supreme Court, people none of us voted for, a group that is answerable to no authority and, seemingly, no law or moral code, a group famous for immoderation, poor judgement and low personal integrity has, either through blindness, avarice or insanity clearly done something so malicious, so unjust and so utterly inconsistent with our Constitution that they, themselves, have become an “enemy of the people.”

The following may help understand how Obama’s performance during the Republican Caucus retreat was not an isolated incident. Seems that our President is a scholar and practitioner of the Socratic method. Much in line with the hopes of the Founders of this Country, Obama is exploring an approach to improving people’s participation in our democracy, where no idea is considered off limits but where ideas will have to compete through facts, arguments and reason. It may be something new for our Country, other countries have a system where the Prime Minister is invited for question and answer session each week.
This should get the blood of some birthers to boiling level. A Republican Representative, Jean Schmidt, was quick to get Obama to sign a copy of his speech given during the State of the Union address. Nothing about asking him to establish his eligibility. Let the phone-calls poor in…
Hugging the rail on the center aisle of the U.S. House chamber, waiting to grab a moment with President Obama as he walked by after his State of the Union address Wednesday, was none other than Rep. Jean Schmidt, a passionately conservative Ohio Republican who is no fan of Obama and has even aligned herself with the “birthers” who question his citizenship. Even so, as Obama passed, Schmidt, who parked herself at the prime spot long before the speech, asked for — and got — his autograph on a copy of his speech. A spokesman told the Chillicothe Gazette she wanted to press Obama on government help for a local uranium enrichment plant.

Spencer Kornhaber has written another masterpiece on Orly
It’s an exciting time to be a minion of Orly Taitz.
Sure, you might think, “It’s a terrible time to be a minion of Orly Taitz.” Her lawsuit in a Santa Ana federal courtroom? Dead. Her attempt to sue President Obama on behalf of military officers in Georgia? Dead. Her support from other leaders in the “birther” movement? Dead, dead and dead.
But all those things simply mean that this is a time of rebirth and renewal. Just as the president has opened his second year in office with a slew of new legislative proposals and a slight change in tone, Laguna Niguel‘s premier dentist-litigator seems to be planting new seeds into 2010.
It gets better…
Oh and I call her bluff
I got support from Libertarians, Republicans and Hillary and blue dog Democrats, who have asked me to run. I didn’t decide yet, I am discussing it with my husband, as children and family are affected by any run.
Has she no regards for the truth?
We may not be used to a well informed president who can meet with the House members of his opposing party and speak to the facts when confronted with questions. Note, noone asked him about his eligibility….

Fitzpatrick seems to have finally accepted that there is no ongoing Grand Jury proceeding into his claims. However, in an interesting development he is suggesting that the Judge has appointed Pettway for 27 years in a row as Foreman. It would be interesting when actual evidence is presented.
In the second truth there is Judge Carroll L. Ross’ installment a few weeks ago of Mr. Gary D. Pettway as Foreman to the Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury for a twenty-seventh consecutive year.

Regarding criminal complaints against SOETORO-OBAMA we were being willfully deceived into believing a legitimate grand jury was considering our pleas. Instead it’s been the operation of the state’s secret machine impeding us, confusing and confounding us all along since August 2009.
Willfully deceived? We shall see. Either way, this is going to be interesting.
Showing that they’ve learned the lesson of Massachusetts, Menendez and his staff will distribute a memo Tuesday advising Democratic campaign managers to frame their opponents early — and to drive a wedge between moderate voters and tea-party-style conservatives.
