The Jag Hunter reports that Darren Huff has been arrested by the FBI. They repeat to make the foolish assertion that Tennessee law prohibits any human intervention in the selection of the Jury Foreman, even though the law and precedential rulings have shown that the Jury Foreman is appointed by the Judge from eligible people, not from those who have been chosen to serve as a juror.
In January 2010 PETTWAY was exposed as a government functionary. Monroe County Tennessee circuit court judges have APPOINTED PETTWAY as the county Grand Jury Foreman for the past 27-years before 54 Grand Juries (TWO GRAND JURIES in each year). Tennessee State law prohibits any human intervention in the selection of any Juror.
So what happened? So far I am trying to piece together the puzzle.
Between 0820 – 0905 hours local today (Saturday) another attempt to effect the Citizen’s arrest of GARY D. PETTWAY was carried out in Sweetwater, Tennessee. GARY PETTWAY lives at xxx xxxxxx in this city (information taken from a memo County Clerk Martha Cook push-pinned to a public bulletin board outside Cook’s office in the Monroe County Tennessee Courthouse).

It is great to be here in the Big House, and may I say “Go Blue!” I thought I’d go for the cheap applause line to start things off.
Good afternoon President Coleman, the Board of Trustees, faculty, parents, family, friends, and the class of 2010. Congratulations on your graduation, and thank you for allowing me the honor to be a part of it. And let me acknowledge your wonderful governor, Jennifer Granholm, your mayor, John Hieftje, and all the Members of Congress who are here with us today.
I am happy to join you all today, and even happier to spend a little time away from Washington. Don’t get me wrong – it’s a beautiful city. And it sure is nice living above the store; can’t beat the commute. It’s just that sometimes, all you hear in Washington is the clamor of politics – a noise that can drown out the voices of the people who sent you there. So when I took office, I decided that each night, I would read ten letters out of the thousands sent to us every day by ordinary Americans – a modest effort to remind myself of why I ran in the first place.
A poster going by the Moniker David Farrar posted on Dr C’s Blog the following

But for constitutional purposes, it seems to me, as opposed to statutory purposes, whether the person is an alien or not should depend upon whether the person is a natural born citizen of the United States or whether citizenship must be conferred by Congress.

At Dr C’s we read the following foolish assertion by “DraggingCanoe”
A natural born citizen cannot be created by the 14th amendment..the Founders forever banned Negroes..being President…that is why they used natural born..a natural law…cannot be touched..by man..it is forever fixed…
How could the Founders have banned negroes from being natural born? They of course did not, they banned them from being allowed citizenship. To claim that this is a ‘natural law’ that cannot be touched by man presumes that somehow we were told by God about these ‘laws’. The 14th Amendment did not create natural born citizens, it merely applied the US Constitution in a consistent manner.

We start from the premise that the rights of citizenship of the native born and of the naturalized person are of the same dignity and are coextensive. The only difference drawn by the Constitution is that only the ‘ natural born’ citizen is eligible to be President. Art. II, s 1.
Distinctions between native-born and naturalized citizens in connection with foreign residence are drawn in the Constitution itself. Only a native-born may become President, Art. II, § 1.

St. George Tucker was a Revolutionary War hero, wounded at the battle of Yorktown. He was appointed by President Madison to United States District Court judge.

Rxsid ‘argues’ that the Vattel definition has been confirmed by 5 SCOTUS decisions (the number seems to be growing with time). I presume one of them is

A lovely example of plural nouns. I guess this means that rsxid has found evidence that our Founders and the early courts were in favor of homosexuals raising their children 
Note that the quote neither establishes that the term in question is “natural born” but rather the term natives or indigenes, nor does it establish the two citizen rule.
I doubt that Rxsid will even foolishly attempt to defend the other 3/4 SCOTUS cases.

Discussing if Lakin will have a right to discovery. Lakin’s lawyer hopes that “justice will be done”. President Obama’s eligibility however will not help establish Lakin’s innocence in his refusal to follow direct orders.
According to Lakin, reaction from friends and family has been mixed from all sides. He feels that he had not ‘options’. The preponderance of evidence indicates that there is a question…
Lakin will be on Anderson Cooper next week… Let’s see how they respond.
He is following the dictates of his conscience and he is doing his duty as he sees it… With all the possible consequences I assume. Fair enough. Could the Court Martial deny the request for discovery… Well, that’s why there are appellate courts…
If the birth certificate is released… Well it has to exist… Will Terry lose automatically? If there is indisputable evidence that President Obama is a natural born citizen… Is it too late legally? No speculation…
Willing to follow his conscience and willing to take the consequences. I could not agree more.
