No, while there were some speculations by self proclaimed 'experts' that Maya's COLB had been used to 'fake' Obama's, they failed to provide any real evidence. Now that we have seen the full COLB, including the number, and now that the birth on US soil has been confirmed by the Department of Health of Hawaii, and separate birth announcements, I doubt that there will be any more foolish claims.

Of course, under HRS 338-17.8, passed in 1982, it may be possible that Maya would have a Hawaiian COLB, which would show her born in Indonesia. However since she was born in 1970, it seems unlikely.
